To My Husband...



I love being a woman
Being pampered and protected,
It feels so good to know
That I'm cherished and respected.
It makes me feel so happy
When you bring me just a rose,
Or send a card or quick love note
Or tickle my feet or toes.
I enjoy all the things we do
Together as a team,
And when our eyes meet and we share
A special wink or gleam.
I appreciate the things you do
To help around the home,
And love the way you make me feel
When we are all alone.
I'm glad that you're my husband
And hope you'll be for life,
But most of all I'm proud
That you chose me for your wife.
